My "killer app" for using TeamViewer would be the ability to connect to a home DVR, like a cable DVR or Dish/DirecTV DVR. I know this most likely would never happen due to licensing issues with all the cable/satellite providers, but I would love to connect to my Dad's cable DVR to set up recordings or go over some menu options remotely.
