Teamviewer+WIN 10+ Dell Latitude 3

Good morning

I have the following problem: when I access to my Dell Latitude 3400 via Teamviewer I get the following behaviour

Beyond that the top cover is opened or closed ,I get a normal screen of the remote desktop in the contrrolling PC ( see img1)

However, I get a different size of the start menu depending if the top cover is opened or closed:

-If the cover in my DELL is open , in the remote desk I can watch the Start Menu in normal size. (please see attached img2)

-If the cover in my DELL is closed , in the remote desk the Start Menu is shown in a reduced size, see attached img3

do you know how can I fix this issue?

Hello @Danygar,

If the cover is closed, TeamViewer reacts like there is no monitor/screen on the remote side.

Therefore, the following article applies:

There is currently no fix for this behaviour, as TeamViewer is not supported and the correct/optimal resolution is not guaranteed in this scenario.
