License binding to email

Hi,

We have 2 corporate business accounts linked to my email.

The aim is to have 2 concurrent users logging in to the same or different PCs at the same time

How can i unbind one off them so that another email account can use it to perform remote access work. Or how can i add that email to my current account to enable that

Hello @Iantham88,

Business licenses are single-user licenses that can only be activated on one account.

Therefore, if:

• 1 license --> 1 account required
• 2 license --> 2 accounts required
• etc...

After looking into your case, I could find out that your two licenses are correctly activated on two separate accounts.

One license is activated on: ia****m@s****************s.com

The second license is activated on: wo*******n@s****************s.com
