I use Teamviewer to conduct remote assistance for the customers of the company I work for. I recently received a new laptop and mobile phone, both of which did not have my credentials put on them by the company.
I attempted to login to team viewer on my mobile phone today, but received the error message;
"the username and password you entered do not match any accounts on record"
I assumed that I'd just forgot the password and would try again later. Moving to the present, I attempted to sign in using my works laptop (from a new IP address) and after adding IP to a trusted location, logged in without any issues.
I once again tried to login from my mobile phone, using the same details but again was unsuccessful (I repeated twice to ensure I was entering correct).
Could any please assist me in finding out why I can login from the computer but not my phone.
