Teamviewer host's password

We have a costumer who switched registers.

But the previous register company installed Teamviewer Host and set up a password to get into the settings.

We've tried uninstalling teamviewer and made sure to check the box which deletes all files and saves etc and then install our own version of teamviewer which gives an ID & Password.

Except when we install Teamviewer host to add it to our list we get stuck in the same loop again.

I can't find any recover button and if we do, we're afraid the information will be send to the previous company.

Is there any way to bypass this?
