TeamViewer 11 Stoped Connecting to TeamViewer 11 PC's

I purchased a paid Licensee in 2015 for TeamViewer 11, I was promised unrestricted access to unlimited PC's. This has worked perfectly till today. I was warned my remote PC's need to be running the latest update of the Minor Version, and they are all set to Auto Update the Minor Version.

Now my account has been changed from Business to Free, and I cant connect to any of my 100 odd remote PC's , as the popup says my Remote PC's are running an old version.

This is not acceptable, as I paid for a Licensed Account with unlimited access for ever, and now it appears TeamViewer have realized this business model is no good and now want to charge subscriptions.

All my remote PC's are remote with no user interaction.

How do I submit a Ticket to TeamViewer?
