We are a company that has been around for over 100 years. Some of our customers are still running 32bit- XP systems, which require TV10 or less, otherwise it won't connect to the internet. I need a fix for our machines that will allow us to continue to use TV10 to contact the remote machines. This is very important. Now the connections last 5 minutes then cut off. How do I stop the system from shutting down in the middle of working on our customers computer?
