Black screen when connecting from PC to Android tablet
[log file removed per Community Guidelines]
After connecting from TeamViewer version 15.2.2756 from Windows10 PC to a tablet "Samsung Tab A7 10,4 Android" with TeamViewer Host (actual version from PlayStore) just a black screen is shown (see attached picture). The problem just occurs, if the tablet is in landscape format. If the table is in portrait format, it works fine and the android desktop is shown.
I did several tests but I could not find another workaround. Is this a problem of Teamviewer host applikation? Could you please resolve this problem? It should be possible to start the teamviewer session even in landscape format.
Additionally the logfile "TeamViewer15_Logfile.pdf" is attached. Please rename it to TeamViewer15_Logfile.log to read the log file.
