My screen goes black just as the TeamViewer application opens. Control/alt/delete has no effect and I have to power the laptop off to get out of the black screen. This is not after I have connected to a remote computer. Everything I see when I search this problem relates to a feature you can use for security while you are connected to a different computer.
I have used TeamViewer on this laptop many times in the past to work remotely on my desktop computer. I have never had this issue.
