The old PC was access remotely with Team Viewer. If I put Team Viewer on the replacement will it count against me as having too many PCs? I don't want them to think I am a commercial account.
When I am away from home I am not always on a [private network. However, I did find a delete button to remove the computer from my list of computers.

You're still using it in your private network, and you're logging into your own account, right? I don't see a problem with that.
If it falsely suspects you do, what can happen, but I don't think will in your case. I'll give you the article right at hand, you'll find the link to the reset form right on top.
