My clients use 11th version and i use the 15.2 version
Now when i control them,it asks me to upgrade both sides.it should be compatible!

Could you share a screenshot?
If the license is correctly recognized on your side, indeed, it should be compatible and connect.
Could you please make sure you are logged in with your licensed account when connecting?
