Could you try to disable TFA and try to connect?

If I disable that doesn't help me have the TFA ?

I meant:

Disabling TFA
Re-enabling the TFA feature back again
Check if it is now working

Hi Jean,

I have done that but I really want to setup TFA. Can you help me with that ? I downloaded the google authenticator but I can't scan the QR code as per first message.
