I was in the middle of adding a user through the management console and was interrupted before I could save the user. I tried adding again but it says the email address is already in use but I can't see that user in the user management section. How do I find them if they are setup or remove the email address from the system to set them up correctly?

It says 'no accounts on record' when using the link to add an existing account and the account isn't showing on the user management page.

In this case, I recommend opening a ticket for further investigation:

Hello @MrTony,

If the user has been created within your Management Console, then it should be in your user list.

If it is not the case, perhaps the user created the account independently and needs to be added to your company profile.

If this is the case, please follow this procedure:
