I have been using team viewers for personal use for years. I was hoping to access my home server but I started getting this error below randomly. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing with no luck. Please help..
I did note that another ticket like this was brought up in march but no solution was provided

Ok, this may prove useful to someone in the future.
Logging out of my account on both sides, seems to have removed the BLOCKED response.
I then logged into the web console on the laptop and used it to trigger the connection to the Desktop, which it accpeted and asked for the password. This allowed the laptop to connected to the server.
Next logged into my account on the server and now i am able to connect between the two.

Note: I tried accessing both devices (laptop and server) from my cellphone and it connected fine with no issues.
However, still unable to connect from Laptop to Home-server.
