Remote Access - I forget to allow unattended access

New to Teamviewer as you will now see :)

So i am away from my UK base, and am using TV to access my business from Europe. At home are 2 PC`s both with TV on the same network, I was meant to authorize both PC`s for unattended access, but have forgotten 1. Therefore from my connection in Europe i can only access one of the PC`s. If i try to access the 2nd PC, it asks for a password, as i have not done unattended access.

As they are on the same network in the UK is there any way of accessing the non attended PC, or do i need someone that end to authorize it?

Unfortunately that the connections will be failed if the setups for unattended access or easy access did not complete.

TeamViewer always need to complete authentication by either instant password or pre setup.

Easy access is recommended in your situation. Once your TeamViewer is signed in and authorised, you may connection without any password input. More information can be found here - https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/28442-all-about-passwords#easy-access
