I am writing for a big problem: I can no longer connect from the office to my home PC. I have a commercial license and on the office pc (I am an employee) I have installed version 13 of Teamviewer while on the home pc version 12. Since 21/8/21 I can no longer connect remotely with my home pc . I uninstalled the version 12 to go to the 13, but not even with this one and not even with the 14 it is possible. Only with the 15, (I tried from the smartphone) I can connect remotely. Why are neither 12 nor 13 no longer usable?
It is not possible for me to install new versions or update the program since my company does not want to know .. And I paid for the subscription ..
