I'm with an Internet Service Provider in Canada. Yesterday one of our clients with a Teamviewer license reported that their remote users could no longer connect back to the office computers. If they removed that computer from their network and connected via a cellular hot spot, remote users could once more connect to the office computer. Putting the office computer back on the network provided by us, and connectivity stopped.
Since then we have done some testing with different platforms (Win, Mac) and different machines, and in all cases, connectivity works when our network is not involved, and fails to work when our network is part of the equation. Normally the error we see is "cannot connect to partner".
Any suggestions, or suggestions for troubleshooting steps would be welcomed.
