I have set a user up in our Management Console. However he is not receiving an activation email.
When he signs in to TeamViewer he gets this message:
However "Resend e-mail' doesn't deliver the mail.
We have Exchange Admin rights and have performed a search for any mails to this user, he is NOT receiving any messages from TeamViewer.
I have tried deleting the users account but he still gets the same issue.
The only thing I can think that may have caused this is that when I originally set up his TeamViewer account his Exchange mailbox wasn't created. It is now created and mails are coming in fine.
Could it be marked as a not valid email address in the TeamViewer back-end?
This is an urgent issue.
