So disappointing that teamviewer
sometimes its show memy vacant computer connections for licensed Teamviewer
than next day show me i am using license free edition!! Even i have an account.
How can i solve that problem?

Please kindly to sign in with your licensed TeamViewer account, so that the software can identified your license.
And also please confirm you are using latest TeamViewer version on both local and remote devices.

Our Remote computer users have 1 computer but differents desktops, Each user has its own Desktop (win 7)
But how comes Teamviewer show only 1 user of the REMOTE Computer having the licensed version of teamviewer, and all other using the FREE EDITION, even we have account???
