Just Starting Team Viewer Free Version Screen Size & Fixed Password
I'm running Version: 15.21.4 (29039f2755f) on both my iMac (primary computer) and Windows 10 64 bit Home Edition PC (remote computer). The Windows machine is controlling my Observatory with a telescope, the dome itself and other equipment necessary to take astro-photos. So far, Team Viewer is working well.
The PC is a notebook size with a 14" screen, when I view it on an iMac 27" Monitor the PC screen does not fill the entire desktop I'm using to manage the PC. I've switched to full view using the Windows size buttons (upper right corner) which helps, but I still get a lot of black empty space around the PC screen frame. I'd really like to have the PC screen fill as much space on my iMac desktop. I've done several searches in the Knowledge base and community forum, but I don't see any menus for View or Scaling.
Also, since I'm using this one version to connect these two computers, only, is there anyway to set the password on the PC to a fixed sequence or make connection automatic, so I don't have to travel to the remote PC to get a new Password?
Thanks
Steven

Hello @StevenG95037,
First off, great usage of TeamViewer, you might want to share some of your images with us! 🤩
In order to fix your resolution, you can navigate to the Remote Session toolbar and check the scaling there. See here:
To solve your next problem, you can simply set up unattended access, so you can easily connect without entering a password. You just need to log in with the same account and et voilà .
Let me know if you need further help.

Justin, thanks for getting back to me. I'm not sure where the toolbar is, see screenshot. When I was able to connect to my remote PC, I did not see any menu for TeamViewer even when I was working directly on the PC setting it up.
In addition, the program has marked me as a commercial user, and I've been trying to send a reset ID request but every time I click on the link I either get a 504 gateway error or it tells me to log out then login to my User Portal, but you need a license to do that. I feel very stuck right now.

Hi @StevenG95037,
Thank you for your response.
Toolbar shows up on the local device, and it might be hidden. Please kindly to check the little arrow on the top of screen.
When you can find it, please click the arrow. So that toolbar will appear on local device.
Hope this could help.

Akiho_S, I don't see the box you are pointing out, see my screenshot. I barely
got to take it before I was flagged as commercial and the app closed.
Thanks, Steven

Is there a way to enlarge or zoom in on the image on the remote computer? The screen view is very small when connected?

Hi @j3jackson,
Thank you for contacting TeamViewer Community.
Unfortunately, there is no specific feature for zoom in, but you can adjust your resolution from the Remote Session toolbar .
Please choose preferred scaling option from toolbar.
Hope this could help.

Thank you for your response.
I can see that you are checking remote device from the screenshot.
Please kindly to check the other device which is using as a local device. Local device is a device which starts the connection from.
