Can you tell me how to update the payment method to renew my subscription?

Regarding credit card and Pay-Pal, You can update those details on TeamViewer customer portal. In order to access to TeamViewer customer portal, it is required to activate it by a customer portal activation link first. If you don't have an customer support activation link, please contact TeamViewer customer support team.

If you prefer to change the payment method to invoice, please kindly to request it to customer support team directly.
