    Regarding the update issue, please kindly to check network works properly. And also check this post to confirm compatible of operating system and TeamViewer version.

    If the issue still remains, please inform us more details.

    • How did your colleague try to update TeamViewer version ?
    • Which TeamViewer version does your colleague currently using?
    • Which operating system is it?
    • Reply this message with a screenshot of an error message please.
