I have been charged to renew a TeamViewer account that we are not using as the account was a duplicate.
I need a copy of the invoice, but I had to provide proof of payment via your portal which I did, but when I logged in a few days later it still had not marked the invoice as paid so I could not download it.
My team viewer account is showing as free when i have paid so wont let me raise a ticket. I found a way to raise a general ticket in support but have had no acknowledgement or reply.
When i tried access to see if the invoice had been marked as paid a few days later, It would let me access the customer area as it wanted me to activate the license, but to do that I apparently need and invoice number that i cant access that because I have to activate the link with the invoice number to access the invoice i need a number from!
As I cannot in any way access the relevant areas, please can someone tell me an alternate way to cancel this subscription, and get a copy of the invoice for which TeamViewer has taken funds from my account.
