Local Desktop screen flickers CONSTANTLY

Am I doing something wrong?? I can connect fine to the remote and the remote works just fine but the local computer's screen almost constantly flickers to all white (or all black sometimes) to the point I can't use it!
Both computers are using Win 10 Pro 64 Bit. I have no idea what to do here.
