Licensing covering external company

We subscribe to a TeamViewer corporate license with 5 licenced users and 5 remote sessions

One of our OEM (external company) doesn't want to subscribe to any TeamViewer license and then cannot remote access our systems.

Is it possible for us to lend them one of our user licenses just for the duration of the remote access?
