Locked out of main TeamViewer account

I had a hacking incident in September/October of 2017. I have been locked out of my main account for years due to wiping the device that had the 2FA key and in the paranoia, I guess I reset the backup keys (I still have the original backup keys saved). If anyone can help with this, that would be great! Even at the very least, delete my old account so I can use the email for this account. Thank you!
