we have a licence. We upgraded to Version 15 but keep getting time out .

Please kindly to access the knowledge article - How to activate your license
If your TeamViewer account is already activated with version15 subscription license, please sign in with your licensed TeamViewer account.
And also could you check both local and remote devices have unattended to the latest version please.
