I need help securing teamviewer

I have a paid subscription of TeamViewer.

1. When logging into teamviewer and I go to "Computers and Contacts" on some of my computers they do not appear in my list and (this computer) does not appear. How do I make the computer appear on the list with (this computer) next to it?

2. How do I secure team viewer with a password on a computer so no one but me can change settings or turn team viewer off?

3. How do I require a password when someone clicks on extras?

4. How do I make it so no one can turn teamviewer off without a password?

Thank you for your help, I tried to call Team Viewer office 3 times but each time it said I was # 10 in the Q. I held 3 times until I was number 1 in the Q and each time I was hung up on.

I tried to email team viewer but it said i needed a business email address and would not accept my gmail address which is what I use for business.

Thanks for your post.

Regarding your questions:

1. When you log into a device that is assigned to your account, (this computer) appears next to it. If you log into a device's Computers & Contacts and (this computer) does not appear next to it the device is not assigned to your account. You can find out how to assign a device here.
2. To secure the TeamViewer options, you can set an Options password. This prevents access to the options unless the password is entered
3. You cannot password-protect the Extras menu nor any other menu; only the options
4. To prevent TeamViewer shutdown, you can enable the option in the TeamViewer settings of the device. TeamViewer -> Extras -> Options -> Advanced -> More -> Disable TeamViewer shutdown - with an Options Password no one can alter the setting afterwards
