I have a paid subscription of TeamViewer.
1. When logging into teamviewer and I go to "Computers and Contacts" on some of my computers they do not appear in my list and (this computer) does not appear. How do I make the computer appear on the list with (this computer) next to it?
2. How do I secure team viewer with a password on a computer so no one but me can change settings or turn team viewer off?
3. How do I require a password when someone clicks on extras?
4. How do I make it so no one can turn teamviewer off without a password?
Thank you for your help, I tried to call Team Viewer office 3 times but each time it said I was # 10 in the Q. I held 3 times until I was number 1 in the Q and each time I was hung up on.
I tried to email team viewer but it said i needed a business email address and would not accept my gmail address which is what I use for business.
