Good morning,

In my private life I use the TeamViewer a lot to help my family with technical difficulties.

This also includes the TeamViewer host on the target devices.

Lately I had to reinstall the TeamViewer Host on a new device and I noticed that there was a 14-day test license for commercial use.

In my job I have already installed the TeamViewer Host for some customers and never had to enter login data and did not have to pay attention to 14 days.

Does that mean that the mere use of TeamViewer Host will also result in license costs in the future, even though our customer does not use TeamViewer himself, but only wants to set up remote access for us? Where can the price list for using the TeamViewer Host be found?

Personally, I somehow find it wrong to charge license costs once to access a remote computer and then to charge license costs again just because you set up access to someone else who is already paying license fees. But that's just my personal opinion.

While using TeamViewer for private purposes, a license is not needed. The 14-day period just tells you to test out our business subscription in order to see what you'll receive when ordering it.

Thank you for the answer, but I didn't mean the TeamViewer license model itself, I mean the price model if one of our customers just installed the TeamViewer Host on the server and left an external service provider like me on it, but himself has nothing to do with remote maintenance.

So far, we didn't have to pay any money for the TeamViewer Host, or enter an account. For this reason, I always correctly select "commercial use" in such cases without hesitation. But now there is something like a 14-day test license even with TeamViewer HOST.

This irritates me, especially since I cannot find a pure TeamViewer HOST license, and if the only use of TeamViewer HOST can still remain free, you can simply omit this "14-day test license" when installing it. I think so anyway.
