I can't access the portal to download my invoices : it says please activate your portal using the link sent by email, but i have not received any link.

The email along with activation link may go to spam holder, therefore please kindly to check email inbox.
If you cannot find the activation link, please sign in your licensed TeamViewer account and submit a support ticket.

In order to submit a support ticket, you need an activated license.
Could you inform me about your invoice number or order number via Private Message please? So that we may confirm your license.
If you are urgent, you can contact Customer Support Team directly. Please note that phone support also requires your order number or invoice number.
