Not able to Make the Payment with Payment link

Our organization is using a license for TeamViewer remote access. We have received an invoice to make the payment but we are not able to make the payment. there is some technical issue.

contacted the technical team multiple times. they again generated a new link for payment. Still, we are struggling to make the payment.

Need help to make the payment and reactivate our account
