Ctrl+/ and etc not working when connecting from macOS to Windows

I am using macOS 10.15.7 and connecting to Windows.

Normal key combinations like Ctrl+C or Ctrl+V work fine but key combinations with special characters such as 'Ctrl+/' or 'Ctrl + Space' or 'Shift + Space' don't work . When I checked the keyboard input event in Windows, key down events after 'Ctrl' were not detect. Of course everything works fine when not using TeamViewer, on both macOS and Windows.

Is there anything I need to know about this problem?

The same with me. I traced the pressed key in the remote machine. When pressing Ctrl + '/' or 'Space'，it only recorded Ctrl, no '/' or 'Space'. Hope this can help the technical support of teamviewer to solve this BUG.
