Hi team,
I am from Maharashtra. I am using the free version of TeamViewer.I am getting issues when I am trying to connect partner ids in TeamViewer with the Vodafone idea network but when I am using another telecom network I didn't get any issues. I had word with the Vodafone idea customer care network team they told me there is no issue with this third party application please raise a complaint to the Teamviewer Team and get a reply from the TeamViewer Team and forward mail to Vodafone idea customer care. this issue is not specific to me my colleagues also getting the same for the Vodafone Idea network . it giving a popup - connection failed no route. I am attaching screenshots of relevant issues which we are facing now.kindly do the necessary action on it.
