Hi team. I would like to know if customer bought their license is it automatically activated or do they need to do activation themselves?

The license needs to be activated manually after the purchase - so it does not happen automatically. For the activation, we are sending an activation email to the purchaser shortly after the check out process.
The activation process depends a bit on the license you bought, but this article here is a perfect starting point and is also linking to other articles that describe the process for different kinds of licenses (e.g. Remote Access or Business):

Ok - so you are a reseller and bought the license initially from us?
Theoretically speaking: In this case, we sent the email to the address the purchaser gave us during the purchase. Does that help you a bit defining who to contact in your organization?

If i shared with you the contract/enrollment number, would you be able to find out which email the license was sent to?
