Can't Submit Trouble Ticket

When I click on the "Submit Ticket" link it momentarily opens a page with a link to actually create a ticket. However, it quickly then replaces this page with this:

So how do I actually submit a ticket???

A really strange issue you're facing. Normally when logged in there shouldn't be a problem with creating tickets.

However, no need to be worried, if the first option didn't work, you already made the correct decision to come here.

I'd kindly ask you to send me the email of your TeamViewer account via PM, so I can create a ticket for you. Please add a little summary of your issue, so I can add it to it right away.
