I asked to update my activation email for my paid subscription. Now I can't login at all - it just logs me into the free version. I have no visibility for my remote computers - very frustrating. Can anyone help?

TeamViewer system record shows that your license has been successfully activated with the license. Can you kindly login the licensed account on TeamViewer client on the local side please. You may also verify the license status via TeamViewer -> Help -> About TeamViewer -> License.
Regarding to the logging issue, can you kindly provide additional information like an error message please.
