Unattended Password is now rejected by clients

Hi Team,

Recently our unattended password which we have in use for most of our customers (and has been active for several years) is being rejected and we are not able to connect to clients.

We have investigated with the clients we also have RDP access with and it looks as if the password we were using is now considered too weak by Teamviewer.

We have updated the password with the clients we can access via other means such as RDP. But we have several customers that are very remote and we only have Teamviewer access to them.

We appear to now be locked out from connecting to them. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there any other solution than travelling to each customer and physically changing the unattended password?

Many thanks

Charlie
