Automatic Host Registration

Hi TV Community.
I'm deploying a custom TV Host install using SCCM/MECM using the MSI installer with the custom config and API token MSI options in the command line. Unfortunately I'm only getting around a 50% console registration success rate.
On a test machine I have even attempted to import the settings from a registered PC but to no avail.
Are there any known causes and resolutions to this registration issue? I can see via the TV15_Logfile.log the host is finding our proxy and is available to connect.
