Can't submit a ticket...
Going around in circles trying to submit a ticket. It keeps sending me back. Want to cancel my account but can't get to the point that I can submit a ticket. What gives. Evidently, I am not alone, judging from the number of complaints. My next call is to credit card company to ban this.
