I have lost my job and as a result I do not need my subscription. I have given 18 days notice and I have been told because it is outside the 28 days notice as per contract I will be billed for another year. This is ridiculous. I was happy with the service otherwise. Now I am about to be billed for another year but I don't need it and won't use. I can promise if that happens I will never use this nor will I recommend this to anyone again. Is there nothing that can be done? Am I stuck here? Does anyone have any advice?
