Can't control my xiaomi pocophone F1 via teamviewer

I recently installed Teamviewer on my PC and Teamviewer quicksupport and Teamviewer add on on my Xiaomi Pocophone F1. Yesterday im able to control the phone without any problem, but that only works once, because i've tried again it successfully connected but i can't click and control my phone.

I'm using windows 10 and on a free license.

Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.
