My email address is already in use

Despite the fact that I have never created a Teamviewer account before today, it seems that not just one but two of my email addresses are already in use. When I try to reset the password for these I receive the email, can click on the link, but after having submitted a new password I get an "unspecified" error.

Can anyone help?

    I reached out to our R&D team and they told me that there was a short hiccup for account creation and password-reset yesterday. May I ask you to re-create the TeamViewer account again with the same email address?

    Would you mind sharing with us, whether the account creation works now for you?

    EDIT: Please keep in mind that your Community Account is an existing TeamViewer Account.
