problem with licences

for some reason our licences are "self changing lately" we had licences for version 9+12 . they were automatically upgraded to 10 channels of version 15. we were working like this for a few months and now we got downgraded to 4 channels of version 15 and 6 of version 12.

It causes us major problems since we already upgraded all our servers \ computes host version to 15.

Why is that happening ?

Regarding the original update from your version 9 license to a complementary TeamViewer 15 license, please see the following announcement from last year:

Please know the above post did not affect version 12 licenses; any version 12 license would have remained as version 12.
