I'll try this oppurtunity as a last chance before I permanently terminate all future Teamviewer purchase. I'm trying to solve this issue for 2 weeks without success...
We have purchased a corporate license thorugh a reseller. We haven't received a license activation email, just a PDF file with the PAC license file, which is not possible to activate online.
After 2 days of searching information I was able to create a support ticket and we have received an email from support with the activation link. When I clicked the link nothing happened, just redirected to the 'Free' user account. When I clicked again, got an error message 'license already activated'.
I'm trying to create a new ticket to solve my problem, but I'm continuously redirected here. So as a last chance I'd like to ask the community's help, who we can start to use our corporate license we have paid for?
