Upgrade Required
I've had my teamviewer personal account for years. On my main pc, I'm getting an error "Your current Teamviewer plan does not include connections to customized Teamviewer modules. Please upgrade to a higher plan". My main computer is running Windows Pro and I'm assuming that the personal version is not liking that version of Windows for personal use. How do I get my account license fixed where I don't get this error and where it doesn't disconnect me after a short time?

I think that the issue is that you are using the Portable version.
The portable version is not available for the free version anymore.
The solution to this problem would be to install the standard TeamViewer version from our website here.
