Black screen when trying to install TeamViewer on Windows 10

After a Windows 10 update on my PC (it was updated to version 19043.1415), Teamviewer stopped responding, showing only a white window.

When trying to reinstall it I have several problems. The first thing I notice is that it shows a blue window with the Microsoft Store bag icon ...

The process hangs for a long time, until finally my PC freezes, with the black screen, and I have no choice but to shut down by pressing the power button... and restart it.

The PC behaves normally in daily use, does not hang and does not present any other problems.

I need help to troubleshoot this problem.

Does the installer leave some kind of log file that I can see to understand what is going on?
