Our company use TeamViewer version 13.2.36224 and Win10 faced the same slow problem from 12/27 19:00 UTC+8:00 to now. Is there any problem in teamViewer server?

What TeamViewer version and what OS are you using on the local and the remote side?

All wiring, the operation is very slow

Can you provide a bit more info about what exactly is slow? Is there a delay in connecting or is there a slowness in the connection (like a delay of mouse movements or clicks)?
