Within my Teamviewer subcription, I have remotly logged onto the PC upon which the Teamviewer program is running but I need to close and restart that PC so as to be able to restart Outlook. However, I believe that, if I do that, the Teamviewer program will close and, therefore, I shall not be able to remotly log onto that computer. If you haven't already, there's an option to have TeamViewer open on system boot. While connected to the system, you just tell it to reboot like normal and you will probably see a message saying that someone is viewing the system with TeamViewer and you click OK on that to close the connection and continue the reboot. Wait a minute or two and you should be able to reconnect if you have that option turned on.
