I have been trying to cancel my account with TeamViewer for nearly a month. TeamViewer is a company whose time has come and gone. They boast high retention rates to their investors because they will not cancel subscriptions. They pretend to cancel subscriptions, but only turn off the auto renew for the account. I have 11 months left on my subscription which will be reported as a retained customer to investors for the next 4 quarters. I am not the only one. Expect the stock value to tank towards the end of the forth quarter of 2022. For God’s sake, they reported 99% net retention rate in the third quarter which is several points higher than the second. They do the courtesy of informing customers that their subscription is going to renew, but do this 5 days before the contract renews. To cancel the subscription, you must create a ticket and submit in writing your desire to cancel. Once you create a ticket, they do not respond to it until after the deadline passes. Stay away from this company.
