change id after pc clone

Hello,

how can I change the ID after cloning an existing PC. It has completely different hardware but uses the same ID. Now I have two PCs with the same ID and only one can be controlled like that.

In case you are talking about Windows PCs, I think, you need to contact the TeamViewer Support via ticket to get it sorted. They are happy to help you get unique IDs.
